Insurance Options
You know you’ve found home when we accept your insurance. Sagawa NW Dentistry accepts all types of dental insurance plans.
In-network insurance providers:
- Delta Dental (all plans)
- Regence
- Premera
Note: We cannot bill Apple Health / Molina or Medicaid plans
Our front office is here to support you as you explore if our doctors are in or out of your insurance network.
Co-pays and deductibles are due at time of service.
After your visit, we’ll guide you to the front desk to complete payment by cash, card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or by debit or credit card.
Pay Out Of Pocket
If you don’t have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket, you’ll receive a 5% discount when you pay by cash or check.
Payment Plans
We recognize that unexpected or emergency services can create a financial challenge for some patients. Payment plans may be an option for some patients. Visit our Policies page for more information.
